Day-by-Day Itinerary
Cochin — Munnar
Met at Cochin airport and driven up into the Western Ghats to Munnar (about 4–5 hours), pausing at the Cheeyappara waterfalls and spice plantations en route. Arrive among the tea gardens and settle in for the evening.

Munnar sightseeing
A full day in Munnar: rolling tea plantations and the Tea Museum, Eravikulam National Park — home of the rare Nilgiri tahr — then Mattupetty Dam, Kundala Lake and Echo Point in the high hills.

Munnar — Thekkady: spices & Periyar
Drive to Thekkady (about 3–4 hours) through cardamom and pepper country. Visit a spice plantation, then take a boat cruise on Periyar Lake inside the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, watching for elephants and birdlife along the shores.

Thekkady — Alleppey houseboat
Drive to Alleppey (about 4–5 hours) and board your private houseboat for a slow cruise through the palm-fringed backwaters — past paddy fields, villages and water birds — with freshly cooked Kerala meals served on deck and a night afloat.

Alleppey — Kovalam
Disembark after breakfast and drive south along the coast to Kovalam (about 4–5 hours), Kerala’s most famous beach, crowned by its red-and-white lighthouse. The rest of the day is yours for the sea.

Kovalam & Trivandrum sightseeing
A relaxed day combining beach time with Trivandrum’s sights — the Sri Padmanabhaswamy Temple precinct, Napier Museum and palace quarter — or simply unwind with an Ayurvedic treatment by the shore.

Kovalam — departure
Transfer to Trivandrum airport (30 minutes) for your onward flight — or drive back to Cochin (about 6–7 hours) if your departure is from Kochi.
